Things I didn't know.

Appearently the MacPro's at the store will often times call the Mother Board of a computer a logic board? Why in the holy fuck stick would they do this? Why re-name something that is already well named and has been called what it is for so long?

Are these the same asshats who changed Constantanople to Istanbul?

i have no desire to apologize for the sometimes prickly nature of Mac "Geniuses" (the people at the store to whom you are referring), but in this case, it's not their fault.

I didn't know this until you brought it up.

oh also, i fully admit that Apple renames things for stupid marketing reasons all the time. this just happens to maybe not be one of those things.

Hum...I have vague memories of that, but when it switched to just the one board I would think they would have fallen in line with everyone else, but at least there is a valid reason. I stand corrected on this point. However my distain remains.
